Building a home for orphaned children in Batticalo, Sri Lanka

One of the appalling after effects of the Tsunami was the number of orphaned children who were left wandering without any support structure around them.

Working with a local NGO, and an independent donor, Reachout Now funded the construction of an Orphanage in the town of Batticalo in the East of Srilanka to house 55 Children affected by the tsunami. The ongoing maintenance of this home is being funded by the central government.
